How StickerTalk Started Making Bumper Stickers and Vinyl Decals

My 10 year old son and I started out rebuilding old 80’s video games in 2009 as a hobby. Over the next couple of years, we bought a bunch of stickers, decals and side art for those games. Finally in 2011 we purchased our first vinyl cutting machine to help cut down on the cost of the stickers. While we primarily used this machine for cutting vinyl for our video games, my then 12 year old son began creating his own bumper stickers and vinyl decals and selling them to his friends. Finally being the entrepreneur that he is, he approached several local schools and convinced them to do fund raisers with his designs. This business began to grow and finally we decided to bite the bullet and purchase a commercial printer with the ability to produce high quality vinyl decals and bumper stickers, leaving the video games behind.

My son, now 17, is the primary salesman and designer. I handle all of the accounting and website design. Yeah, I know, I could be better at it.  But I’m working on it all the time.  Maybe I’ll get it right one day.  My wife and daughter, 12, handle preparation of the bumper stickers and vinyl decals, inventory control, packaging and shipping. We ship orders every day of the week except Sunday. We strive to ship every decal within 1 business day of them being ordered. This small idea has blossomed into a growing family business and growing stronger every day. And we couldn’t have done this without all of you. You are the primary reason that we do this every day. At Stickertalk your satisfaction with all of our bumper stickers and vinyl decals is our #1 priority. If you ever are even slightly dissatisfied with a product we produce, we are just a phone call, email or text away. Don’t hesitate to give us a shout.
